Our workshop premises are made up of 10,000sq.ft of repair facilities at our Belfast and Dublin premises.

The Repair Centre currently operates at a fix rate of 95%. Tri-Tec has over 12 years experience in the area of IT repairs and our certified engineers are highly trained.
To ensure you get the highest level of service possible we offer:

We offer a collection and delivery service with all our workshop repairs as well as a guaranteed turnaround period of 5 days.

Desktop / Laptop / Monitor / Printer cover –
Maintenance on all your hardware and software needs for these items.

Add on Equipment –
New equipment added to your business will fall under the ServiceBuy agreement at no extra cost.

Next Business Day Response –
Tri-Tec will provide you with assistance by close of business the day after you request support. This is our maximum response time.

Same Day Technical Response –
On the day a problem is logged by telephone, we will contact you to offer telephone support or a remote diagnostic (if broadband enabled).

Same Day Onsite Response –
If an IT problem is logged before 13.00, an engineer will be on site by close of business on that day. Any calls received after 13.00 will be dealt with on the same day if possible, otherwise they will be dealt with the following morning. (8hr response max)

4 Hr Response –
This is an optional extra for our Premium Plus customers. It is designed for those companies who are very IT reliant. If remote assistance cannot help your problem, we can have a Tri-Tec engineer on-site within 4 hours of logging your IT problem, to keep system downtime to a minimum.

Assigned Engineers –
We have a small, specialised team of engineers dedicated to our ServiceBuy customers. This ensures a familiarity with your business and your IT systems history.

Quarterly Health Check / Monthly Health Check-
A Health Check visit will ensure:

  • All service packs and anti-virus software are up to date throughout your IT network.
  • Your network is checked for virus, worms or Trojans.
  • Backup logs and event logs will be checked on order to pre-empt a system failure.

Telephone Support -
Access to our friendly and responsive helpdesk operators.

Loan Equipment –
We will supply hardware equipment on loan to ensure minimal disruption to your business (printers, monitors and laptops).

Log and View Calls –
You will be provided with access to our call-logging database where you will be able to monitor the status of your call.

Training –
Our Microsoft Certified Engineers can provide training on all aspects of Windows Application Software. Remote Management - if you have broadband, Tri-Tec will immediately be able to log into your network to try and solve the problem. If the problem cannot be solved in this way, an engineer will be assigned to the premises.
